Agreement of Terms

The villa is ready for occupation by 4 pm on the day of arrival and it must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure unless agreed otherwise in advance. I accept this term of booking.
I have read and accept the Booking Terms on this website and I and guests in my party agree to comply with them. I understand that I am responsible for taking out my own travel insurance and that the owners will not accept liability for any damage or loss to guests’ possessions under any circumstances.
I am arranging a bank/Paypal transfer) for the booking fee of 30% of the rental cost.
I agree to pay the full rental charge 8 weeks prior to departure.
I accept that I myself and my guests will be responsible for replacement, loss or repair of contents in the property and outside including the pool and terrace areas in the event of damage or loss being detected during or on completion of the stay. A refundable deposit of £200 against damage or breakages will be paid on arrival. I understand this deposit will be refunded 2 weeks after departure following inspection for breakages or damage. In the event of any damage or breakages a suitable sum will be deducted to cover replacement or repair plus a management charge of 10% of the cost.
